Pre & Post Missionary Workshop
A virtual workshop designed for individuals preparing to serve a full time mission, those who have returned, parents, and priesthood leaders of missionaries. This free virtual workshop will be taught by Dr. J.L Redd, PHD who has helped thousands of missionaries as his time as a mental health advisor in South America.

Meet Dr. J.L. Redd
Led by Dr. J.L. Redd, who served as Area Mental Health Advisor in the South America Northwest Area. After supporting more than 3,000 missionaries over 23 months, he identified highly effective, practical strategies for managing depression, anxiety, pornography compulsions-interventions that truly work in real life.
Join us for a free, 1.5-hour virtual presentation where you'll discover how to "surf" emotional escalation instead of fighting a losing battle against them. One neurological concept combined with three surfing skills creates more control, greater confidence, and lasting change.
"Dr. Redd's approach is rooted in compassion, not shame. He understands that emotional reactivity are often the brain's way of dealing with underlying distress. He focuses on empowering individuals with clinical tools, rather than relying solely on willpower."
